This document in PDF form is a transcription of the Phillips Family History as told by Jack Phillips. It was written in 1968 about one year before he died.

Not all the facts are correct, as subsequent research of BDM records has found, however the transcription is as Jack wrote it, and where necessary comments have been added. Some relevant photos have also ben included.
